A. We accept
all major credit cards such as MasterCard, Visa, Discover and any
other major credit/debit card via GSPAY. You will be
asked to choose a payment method during your checkout process. You
will not be prompted until you reach a button that will say
"confirm order". If any other payment method is preferred please
contact us first before sending any payment.

A. Purchases of 12 merchandises or more qualify under our
wholesale program and pricing.This price list can be requested by

A. At this time we do not have any catalogues that are
available to ship to customers individually. You may check our
latest product listings for your desired item and specifications
by visiting our website. All current products available (i.e.
styles and sizes) are those listed on our website. Visit us
regularly as we onsistently update our website to provide our
customers with the latest styles and offerings.
Q. Can the buyer change the shipping amount?
A. All shipping charges are set at a standard rate of US$15.00
per merchandise. This portion of the payment is only for the
shipping and handling fee (“S&H? that is processed to one of our
shipping agents and are non-refundable.
*Q. How long do orders normally take to
get delivered?
A. Processing and
validating order details normally takes two to three business
days, after which time approved orders are forwarded to one of our
distributors and shipping agents. All purchases are then shipped
“Express?and can normally take anywhere between six to
eight business days for delivery.
Q. How are purchases packaged?
A. Purchases are shipped directly from one of our independent
distributors, and are all packaged in its original box.
Merchandises are carefully surrounded in protective material and
packaged in a company wrap.
Q. Can orders be expedited?
A. Unfortunately, due to the number of transactions processed
daily, we are unable to individually expedite separate orders.

to obtain a return reference number. All S&H charges are
non-refundable, and a 15% administrative fee will be deducted from
the amount net of S&H charges. The original merchandise must be
returned to our center at your expense within ten business days
from the date of receipt. Any damages, as determined by our
center, will result in further compensation charges. The return
address will be provided to you by a customer support staff after
receiving your request. In the even of any disputes, the decision
