Q. How do I contact Customer Services?
A. We encourage our customers to take advantage of our 24/7 Live Support. Customers may also contact our customer services by email at admin@swagitout.com and/or through our website. A customer support staff will respond to all inquiries within 24 to 48 hours.


*Q. What are my payment options?
A. We accept all major credit cards such as MasterCard, Visa, Discover and any other major credit/debit card via GSPAY. You will be asked to choose a payment method during your checkout process. You will not be prompted until you reach a button that will say "confirm order". If any other payment method is preferred please contact us first before sending any payment.


Q. Are there wholesale prices available?
A. Purchases of 12 merchandises or more qualify under our wholesale program and pricing.This price list can be requested by forwarding an email to admin@swagitout.com.


Q. Can I get a catalogue mailed to me?
A. At this time we do not have any catalogues that are available to ship to customers individually. You may check our latest product listings for your desired item and specifications by visiting our website. All current products available (i.e. styles and sizes) are those listed on our website. Visit us regularly as we onsistently update our website to provide our customers with the latest styles and offerings.


Q. Can the buyer change the shipping amount?
A. All shipping charges are set at a standard rate of US$15.00 per merchandise. This portion of the payment is only for the shipping and handling fee (“S&H? that is processed to one of our shipping agents and are non-refundable.


*Q. How long do orders normally take to get delivered?
A. Processing and validating order details normally takes two to three business days, after which time approved orders are forwarded to one of our distributors and shipping agents. All purchases are then shipped “Express?and can normally take anywhere between six to
eight business days for delivery.


Q. How are purchases packaged?
A. Purchases are shipped directly from one of our independent distributors, and are all packaged in its original box. Merchandises are carefully surrounded in protective material and packaged in a company wrap.


Q. Can orders be expedited?
A. Unfortunately, due to the number of transactions processed daily, we are unable to individually expedite separate orders.


Q. How can I view the details of my transaction?
A. We will email you an update on your processing and an tracking number with in 24 hours of your payment.

A. Approximately three to four business days after placing your order you may submit a request for your tracking details via email to admin@swagitout.com. You can then check your tracking number at the following carrier we provide to you ex. (www.usps.com)


Q. I received the wrong merchandise, what should I do?
A. Customers have an option of either requesting a refund or an exchange for their merchandise. This request must be forwarded to our attention at admin@swagitout.com within five business days from delivery, and in both options, returned to our center within ten business days from the date of receipt. The return address will be provided to you by a customer support staff after receiving your request. You may refer to our return policies for further details.


Q. How do I get a refund?
A. You must contact us at admin@swagitout.com within five business days from delivery to obtain a return reference number. All S&H charges are non-refundable, and a 15% administrative fee will be deducted from the amount net of S&H charges. The original merchandise must be returned to our center at your expense within ten business days from the date of receipt. Any damages, as determined by our center, will result in further compensation charges. The return address will be provided to you by a customer support staff after receiving your request. In the even of any disputes, the decision of swagitout will remain final. You are advised to refer to our return policies for further details.


Q. How do I cancel my order?
A. If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please send an email as soon as possible to admin@swagitout.com . We will make every effort to accommodate your request; however, once a product has left our premises for processing and shipping, the purchase cannot be cancelled or modified. In this case, please refer to our return policy. In the even of any disputes, the decision of swagitout.com will remain final.

Once approved, the original merchandise must be returned to our center at your expense within ten business days from the date of receipt. Should a replacement not be available, another item may be exchange and/or a refund under the agreed upon terms and conditions will be issued.
